Heaven Hill 90th Anniversary Bourbon
A blend of 8 to 14 year old bourbons created to celebrate nine decades of Heaven Hill, this release delivers classic notes of caramel, oak, and baking spice in a smooth, balanced, and timeless profile.
Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon
One of the few bourbons made using the solera method, Hillrock delivers a layered, evolving profile of caramel, dried fruit, and spice. Smooth and distinctive, it offers depth without heaviness and a uniquely refined take on American whiskey.
Rare Character Single Barrel

Middle West Wheated Cask Strength
Middle West’s wheated cask strength bourbon showcases soft red winter wheat at full intensity, delivering a rounded yet powerful profile. Named one of Whisky Advocate’s Top 20 Whiskies of 2025, it layers caramel, honey, and baking spice with warmth and balance.
Hakata 18 Year Japanese Whiskey
Hakata 18 is an eighteen year aged Japanese blended whisky defined by restraint and quiet depth. Nearly two decades in oak shape notes of dried apricot, honey, and toasted almond into a silky, composed pour that lingers with warm sweetness and polished oak.
Jefferson’s Reserve Cask Strength Bourbon

1792: Bottled In Bond
Experience a rare pour of American whiskey history at The Hardware Store in Oregon City. The 1972 Bottled in Bond Whiskey is a true vintage treasure—distilled in a single season, aged in a bonded warehouse, and bottled at 100 proof to meet the exacting standards of the Bottled in Bond Act.
Still Austin: Cask Strength Bourbon
The Still Austin brand is new to Oregon thanks to a Trial Listing by the OLCC - however, its not new to Ashley because its one of her absolute most favorite bourbons.
Penelope: Project X 2025 Release
Penelope Project X returns in 2025 with one of its most compelling releases yet — a bold, single-barrel straight bourbon finished in rich Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Only 130 bottles were produced, making this a rare and exciting addition to our collection.
