This brand is new to Oregon thanks to a Trial Listing by the OLCC - however, its not new to Ashley because its one of her absolute most favorite bourbons. It’s made in Austin using locally grown corn and grains, distilled in a special 40 ft tall still named “Nancy”, blended by a legendary Master Blender (also named Nancy) and aged in the heat of Texas using a specialized process to control Angel’s Share. The result is a well balanced bourbon with exceptional flavor - we can’t recommend it enough to our bourbon drinkers. For our Secret Society Members, you can try this beautiful bottle at our July 26th Member’s event along with the equally delicious Still Austin Rye, Straight Bourbon, and Gin.

• Palate: Grilled peaches, butterscotch pecan pie, dark brown sugar

• Finish: Rye spice, nutmeg, clove
