This particular bottle was selected as a private barrel for Stafford Beverage in Wilsonville, making it a true single barrel store pick with its own unique profile.

The nose opens with rich caramel, vanilla bean, and toasted oak layered over hints of dark fruit and baking spice. On the palate, brown sugar, toffee, and warm spice unfold with a full, rounded texture, followed by subtle notes of cocoa and seasoned wood.
