This limited release from Angel's Envy explores a different expression of the distillery's signature finishing style by resting mature Kentucky straight bourbon in Tawny Port casks. Unlike Ruby Port, Tawny Port brings a more oxidative character, lending the whiskey deeper notes of toasted nuts, dried fruit, and caramelized sweetness while preserving the bourbon's balance and structure.

The nose opens with dried fig, caramel, vanilla, and polished oak layered over toasted almond and baking spice. On the palate, dark honey, raisin, roasted nuts, and toffee unfold alongside hints of cinnamon and dried apricot.
