The blend brings together mature bourbons and ryes, then layers in finishing casks that have previously held rum, port, and Dunn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, creating depth without excess sweetness.

The nose opens with dark fruit, leather, toasted sugar, and rich oak. On the palate, flavors unfold in slow, confident layers. Ripe fig, cocoa, baking spice, and molasses are balanced by structured tannin and wine driven complexity. The finish is long, warming, and composed, lingering with dark chocolate, dried fruit, and seasoned oak.
