Willett Family Estate 13 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

This is one of those bottles that quietly commands attention. A true single barrel from Willett’s Family Estate line, aged a full 13 years in hand selected white oak and bottled one barrel at a time. Barrel No. 153 was hand bottled at full strength, coming in at 120.4 proof, allowing nothing to be softened or edited along the way.

Time does the heavy lifting here. Thirteen years in oak brings a deep, layered intensity that feels deliberate and earned. The nose opens with old oak, dark caramel, vanilla bean, and toasted sugar, followed by a palate that unfolds slowly into brown sugar, seasoned wood, baking spice, and rich toffee. There is power, but also composure. The finish is long and resonant, carrying warmth, structure, and a sense of depth that only extended aging can deliver.

This is a rare and superb bourbon, bottled without compromise and meant to be savored with intention.
